Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Silent Coverage is a product of Copyright Check AI (“we”, “us”). Copyright Check AI is a trading name of Huckletub Ltd, a company registered in the UK (company no. SC637048), with offices in London and Atlanta. We are responsible for personal data collected through this website. Contact us at liam@copyrightcheck.co.
2. What we collect on this website
Enquiry form: your name, work email, company, company type and message. Call bookings: if you book a call, our scheduling provider Calendly collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy and shares them with us. Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
3. How we use it
We use enquiry and booking details to respond to you and to discuss our services with you, based on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
4. Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our booking calendar is provided by Calendly and loads inside this site only when you open it; Calendly may then set its own cookies under its privacy policy.
5. Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run this website and respond to you: our web host, our email provider and Calendly. Some providers may process data outside the UK and EEA under appropriate safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. If no relationship follows, we delete them within 24 months.
7. Content we analyse for customers
The Silent Coverage service analyses publicly available social media content and licence records. We do not access private accounts or require credentials from insureds. Submission and portfolio data provided by insurance customers is used solely to deliver the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to operate it.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing liam@copyrightcheck.co. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
